Description:The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Medical-Surgical care.Candidates should have experience in assessing and managing adult and geriatric patients.The typical patient load is currently up to 18 patients, expanding to 24.The expected patient-to-nurse ratio is 6:1.The unit is equipped with tools such as bladder scanners and glucometers.The electronic health record system used is Medhost.Common patient diagnoses include pneumonia, cerebrovascular accidents, chest pain, post-surgical care, electrolyte imbalances, and deep vein thrombosis.Critical thinking skills are highly preferred.The work environment encourages team collaboration and a family-like atmosphere.Candidates must be able to work effectively with others.All clinical staff must meet required certifications before starting.There are no floating requirements for this position.Dress code includes scrubs; casual attire is not permitted.
