Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day/night shifts. You will assess patients, plan individualized care, administer medications, and educate families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Required RN licensure, BLS, and NRP with 1+ year acute care experience preferred. Physical requirements apply; background checks may be required, and a comprehensive benefits package starts from day one.

Qualifications

• RN required and licensed in the state
• BLS CPR certification required
• NRP certification required
• 1+ year experience in acute care hospital setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological and social factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and re-evaluate as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
