Job summary

Orlando Health South Lake Hospital in Clermont, FL is seeking a Mother Baby Registered Nurse for night shifts (7:00pm-7:00am) in the Women’s Services department. The role requires graduation from an approved nursing program, active FloridaRN licensure, and active BLS.

ACLS/NRP/PALS may be required in certain units. The Nurse will provide complex assessments, monitor patients, operate critical equipment, and collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification must be current; ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC required for certain areas.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and judgement to care for patients requiring complex assessment and therapies.
• Monitors equipment and interprets cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Communicates with medical staff and collaborates with team to plan and manage patient care.
