Job summary

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Current RN license in Florida.
- 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient factors and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
