AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift on a full-time basis. The role includes comprehensive patient assessments, development of care plans, and collaboration with care teams to ensure safety and quality of care.

RN License required with BLS/ACLS/NRP, Associate degree required and BSN preferred. 1+ year acute care experience preferred; English fluency and computer skills are essential for documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications

• RN License required (Registered Nurse)
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
• Associate's degree in Nursing required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience preferred
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and continuously revise them as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
