The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to new mothers and their infants in a supportive and team-oriented environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities associated with the postpartum period, including maternal assessments, patient education, and care plan development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and monitor maternal and infant health.
• Administer medications and manage patient care plans.
• Provide educational support to new mothers about infant care and self-care.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems (Meditech and CPN).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
