Schedule: 7pm-7am, 36-hour week.

Job Summary

The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. They work within a clinical environment supported by Nurse Managers and the Wellstar Shared Governance Model, guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and evidence-based practices. RN competencies are aligned with these models and Wellstar Values.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to individual patient characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication methods, ensuring patient and family involvement in care planning.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and uphold professional ethics.
