RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Jersey City Medical Center, Medical-Surgical Unit-II. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care. An active NJ RN license and BLS are required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with EPIC experience advantageous.

You will assess patients, administer care, collaborate with physicians, educate families, and document precisely in the EMR, supporting safe transitions and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing or Multistate with NJ endorsement.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EPIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize clinical changes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely with strong clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care.
