AdventHealth in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Night Shift RN to join a faith-based health care team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, develop care plans, and work with physicians, pharmacists, and nurses to maintain safety and satisfaction.

You must have an Associate's of Nursing, RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS. Strong English communication, critical thinking, and EMR experience (Cerner preferred) are required.

• EKG (based on patient population) [Required].

• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently [Required].
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, Cerner preferred [Preferred].
• Ability to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient and revise plan of care [Required].

Responsabilidades

• Follows strict infection prevention precautions and medication safety protocols.
• Sets measurable short- and long-range goals and develops individualized care plans.
• Prioritizes follow-up assessments and modulates plans of care as needed.
• Communicates with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team clearly.
• Manages staff accountability and participates in unit audits and rounds.
• Demonstrates ability to assess diagnostic data and adjust care accordingly.
