AdventHealth in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift full-time to deliver comprehensive patient care. You will assess, plan, implement and monitor nursing care per physician orders, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role requires an Associate’s in Nursing, RN license, BLS/CPR, and 1+ acute care experience; a Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred. Florida background screening may apply.

Qualifications

• RN license is required (Florida Level 2 background screening may apply)
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families to promote understanding and adherence.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
• Document care activities timely in the medical record.
• Schedule: Nights.
