AdventHealth in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our faith-based care team in Tarpon Springs. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), BLS/ACLS; 1+ acute care experience preferred; strong English communication and computer skills required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required (Florida)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred
• Fluent in English; strong communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities, interventions, and outcomes.
