Job summary

AdventHealth in Florida seeks a Part-time Night Shift Registered Nurse for a telemetry unit. You will provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop tailored care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Strong collaboration with the care team ensures safe, effective care and timely documentation. Ideal candidates hold an ASN in Nursing with an active Florida RN license and BLS.

Qualifications

AS nursing degree or equivalent
Current Florida RN license or multistate
Minimum 6 months RN experience
Current BLS certification
Ability to meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed
Administer medications and treatments accurately per orders
Educate patients and families for understanding and adherence
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and interventions
