We Are Seeking

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in telemetry to join our dynamic medical-surgical team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions. This role requires the ability to monitor and interpret telemetry readings, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Utilize advanced telemetry technology to observe and interpret cardiac rhythms and other vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to established nursing protocols and hospital policies to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of current telemetry experience.
• Current NJ RN Licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.

Shift: 7 pm - 7 am
