Equiliem seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and assist physicians with care in a high-acuity MS/Tele unit.

You will plan, implement, and document individualized nursing care, prioritizing patient needs and coordinating care plans with the care team. NJ RN license required; BSN preferred and ACLS/NIHSS certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required.
• Strong MS/Tele background is required.
• RN licensure in NJ or multi-state compact is required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
• Identify patient needs and set priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans from initial assessments.
• Initiate assessments based on patient problems, physician diagnosis, and health framework.
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
• Document care per standards, patient acuity, and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practice and support adoption of best practices.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.

• Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs.
• Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
• Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
• Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
• Manages care of patients.
• Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities.
• Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery.
• Provides patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years prior RN experience working in a MS/Tele unit in a major acute care hospital setting required.
• Must have a strong MS/Tele background.
