Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum, collaborating with the health care team to uphold the standards set by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

As an integral member of the Med Surg Ortho Unit 1, you will participate in assessments, care planning, and evidence-based interventions. The day shift supports a 24-hour weekly schedule within a High Reliability Organization framework.

Qualifications

• RN - Registered Nurse licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing
• BLS - Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association
• State Driver's License may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum.
• Perform assessments, plan and implement nursing interventions with the care team.
• Document outcomes and revise plans-of-care as needed within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality and safety.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization.
