OhioHealth's Med Surg Unit 1 seeks a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care across the continuum in a 24/7/365 setting. The RN is accountable to the Ohio Board of Nursing and delegates tasks to LPNs and UAPs as required.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. A BSN may be preferred after 5 years of service.

Formación

• RN license (Ohio) and BLS certification required.
• ADN required for role; BSN preferred after 5 years of employment.
• Current Ohio nursing license required.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment and ongoing health status assessment.
• Document planned nursing interventions.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care with evaluative data.
• Participate in process improvement to achieve quality and safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of HRO.
