Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and diagnosis of patients and families across the continuum of care.
• Perform initial and ongoing health status assessments and document findings.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead process improvements to improve clinical quality, patient satisfaction and efficiency.
• Care for patients in a 24/7/365 department as part of Med Surg Ortho Unit 2.
