Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required by the American Heart Association.

• BSN degree required, with 5 years of employment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes and efficient resource use.
• Direct, delegate and engage in treatment to achieve best health results.
• Establish clear communication lines with staff and patients and families.
• Create efficient staff and patient schedules and ensure safety and service standards.
• Support leadership in budgeting and cost-effective practice; participate in committees.
