Responsibilities

• Perform nursing duties on the 43-bed Observation unit per scope of service.
• Maintain accurate documentation to support care and in-team communication.
• Complete initial patient assessment and develop an appropriate care plan.
• Implement and adjust plan of care based on patient status.
• Ensure patient and staff safety and participate in unit initiatives.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with physicians and ancillary staff.
