Job summary

Carle Health is seeking an RN for the NT6 Observation unit. The 43-bed unit provides acute care across cardiac, general surgery, and behavioral health with a typical 24- to 48-hour length of stay. Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5–6, and the unit emphasizes teamwork with educators, supervisors, and a discharge nurse.

Qualifications include RN license at hire, Nursing Diploma, and BLS within 30 days. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for external applicants with a 3-year commitment.

Responsibilities
