Job summary

Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Med-Surg. This part-time role covers evenings and nights, delivering high-quality nursing care and coordinating with the care team.

Requirements include RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, Bachelor's degree preferred, and BLS/ACLS as applicable. Competitive pay, 24-hour shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of RN experience (required).
• Six months RN experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred; ACLS acceptable in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, understand charting and assess patient condition.
• Evaluate, update and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned and expected outcomes.
• Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and Mercy Health policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
