Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• Active RN license in the state or compact licensure required
• BCLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process
• Conducts thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects
• Assists physicians during procedures within scope of competency
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as appropriate
• Provides patient education on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
