Essentia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg Unit at Duluth - Miller Dwan. This 0.75 FTE role features 12-hour shifts with day/night rotation and every third weekend, located at Building D, Miller Dwan Medical Center.

You'll lead nursing care, coordinate with the team, and ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards while contributing to Essentia's mission to make a healthy difference in people's lives.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure in Minnesota is required.
• BCLS certification within one month of start date.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with EHD Med/Surg capstone or internship.

Aufgaben

• Organize and provide care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Serve as a team leader and delegate aspects of care based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Support mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, serving the community.
• Meet Joint Commission and other regulatory/accrediting standards as applicable.
