Essentia Health – St. Mary’s Medical Center in Duluth, MN, is seeking an RN for the Med/Surg Float Pool. The role supports patient care across units with a rotating day/night schedule and a 0.7 FTE workload.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
• BCLS (BLS) certification within one month of hire.
• Eligible for hiring incentive: ADN: $7,500; BSN: $10,000.

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Act as team leader and delegate care per licensure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to Essentia Health mission and goals and serve the community.
