Job summary

Essentia Health Duluth's Med/Surg unit is seeking an RN to provide care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will lead a team, delegate tasks to licensed staff, and contribute to the facility's mission in Duluth, Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in Minnesota
• BCLS certification within one month
• Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing with completion of EHD Med/Surg capstone or internship

Responsibilities

• Organize and provide care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Act as team leader and delegate aspects of care to other licensed staff
• Meet Joint Commission and applicable regulatory requirements; participate in facility mission
