Responsibilities

• Conduct an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing data collection based on the patient’s condition with collaboration from the healthcare team.
• Monitor and document patient condition, assessment findings, and responses to nursing interventions.
• Perform treatments and administrations of medications accurately per order and policy.
• Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions with appropriate age and cultural considerations.
• Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to the provider during SBAR report.
