Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify outcomes.
• Develop and modify the plan of care with patient/family collaboration.
• Ensure education and competencies are maintained for high-quality care.
• Coordinate and delegate to maintain safe, effective care.
• Assist as Charge Nurse or Preceptor as needed.
