Allina Health is seeking an RN for the Telemetry Float Pool at United Hospital. The role supports day/night shifts with a mix of 8/12 hour schedules and a rotating weekend pattern.

The position emphasizes comprehensive patient assessment, care coordination, and adaptable staffing across Med/Surg and Telemetry units in MN/WI. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's or Vocational degree with RN licensure in MN or WI and BLS certification eligible on hire; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in MN or WI per hire requirements
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS preferred/after 210 days
• Experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry advantageous

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and identify expected outcomes
• Develop and modify the plan of care in collaboration with patients and families
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise nursing care to ensure safe, effective delivery
