Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Surgical Float Pool in Saint Louis Park, MN. The RN will participate in 0.75 FTE rotating 12-hour shifts, every third weekend, joining a dynamic MedSurg float pool.

Required qualifications include MN RN license and BSN preferred, with BLS per AHA guidelines. Eligible positions offer a comprehensive benefits package and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have an associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in Nursing.
• Minnesota RN license valid for practice.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care episodes in coordination with caregivers and other providers.
• Direct and supervise care delivered by Nursing Assistants and other staff as assigned.
• Coordinate care across shifts and ensure safe, quality health care delivery.
