Allina Health's United Hospital is seeking an RN for the Med-Surg Float Pool. Join a diverse team providing care across multiple units including post-surgical, general medicine, oncology, ortho, neuro/spine, mental health and rehab.

Tiered experience levels include current Med-Surg or Telemetry training, RN experience, or new grad. This role features a 72-hour two-week period with 8- or 12-hour night shifts and every 3rd weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in MN or WI to be eligible on hire.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; develop and adjust the plan of care.
• Coordinate and delegate to ensure safe, effective care.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practice.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and participate in supplemental roles as needed.
• Provide nursing care across patient care departments per unit competencies.
