Job summary

Qualifications

• RN must have current Arizona RN license and BLS.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• BSN must be completed within 60 months or have 5+ years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a patient-centered care plan.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on evidence-based practice.
• Initiate treatments and medications, IV therapy, and monitor responses.
• Document patient observations and progress, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
