Job summary

HonorHealth Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the OR. The role requires at least 2 years of OR experience, day shift expectations, and a 4x10 schedule with call.

Qualifications

• RN practice guided by the ANA Standard for Professional Nurse and Code of Ethics.
• Administer medications and IV therapies per policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment and home care needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient data; develop, implement, and revise a patient care plan.
• Administer treatments, medications, IVs, and therapies; monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
• Provide guidance to staff and participate in precepting and mentoring.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practices and ongoing professional development.

Education

BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience

Associates or Diploma in Nursing

BSN preferred

RN License in AZ or Compact State

BLS Certification
