Job summary

HonorHealth at Four Peaks Medical Center in Mesa, AZ, is hiring a registered nurse for day shifts (4x10 hours). Must live within 30 minutes of 1301 S Crismon Rd. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered. You will assess patients, administer treatments and medications, and coordinate with physicians to develop family-centered care plans.

Requirements include >10 months in med-surg/acute settings; 1 year RN experience for float roles. AZ RN license and BLS are required; BSN preferred if possible.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; ADN or Diploma acceptable if BSN completed within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience at hire.
• AZ RN license required upon hire; BLS certification required.
• National certification for unit-specific population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and prioritize based on patient needs.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care plans.
• Provide nursing care including treatments, meds, and emergency measures.
• Document observations and interventions in the patient record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and families on home care and treatment plans.

Education

BSN preferred
