Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, Minnesota, is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Level 16 General Medical Unit. You will organize and provide patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, serving as a team leader to delegate tasks to licensed staff.

This 0.7 FTE role offers day/night rotations, 8-hour shifts, and weekend rotation, with eligibility for a hiring incentive based on education (ADN/BSN).

Qualifications

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
• Current Minnesota nursing licensure.
• BCLS certification within one month.

Responsibilities

• Provide care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Lead a nursing team and delegate tasks based on licensure and job descriptions.
• Contribute to meeting facility and Essentia's mission and serve the community.
• Meet Joint Commission and applicable regulatory requirements.
