Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of hire per AHA.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• HS Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial assessment upon patient admission and develops a care plan.
• Implements nursing interventions and documents care per unit standards.
• Communicates with the healthcare team and families to coordinate care.
• Maintains patient safety and ensures accurate medication administration.
