Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) documented/licensed.
• HS Diploma or GED with an Associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments and develop care plans per unit standards.
• Administer medications following the 5 Rights (Right Patient, Right Drug, Right Dose, Right Route, Right Time).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
