You will manage Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to maximize reimbursement and conduct concurrent MDS reviews to achieve optimal RUG categories.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage timely and accurate completion of the MDS treatment assessment tool and review care plans.
• Oversee Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to assure reimbursement.
• Conduct concurrent MDS reviews to maximize RUG categories.
• Integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure reimbursement.
