Cura Health in Sauk Centre is seeking a detail-oriented MDS Coordinator, RN Manager to oversee MDS assessments, ensure accurate documentation, and support quality care and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident assessments and care plans, driving data accuracy and excellence in patient care.

The ideal candidate has strong MDS coordination background and leadership experience, with proficiency in electronic health records and MDS software.

Formación

• Active RN license.
• Experience in MDS coordination and leadership preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and MDS software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the MDS assessment process ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and physicians to gather resident information and facilitate care planning.
• Monitor MDS data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in patient care.
• Ensure timely submission of MDS documentation to meet state and federal requirements.
• Provide education and training to staff regarding MDS processes and documentation standards.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives related to MDS and patient care.
