Salemtowne in Winston-Salem, NC seeks an experienced MDS Manager (RN). The role oversees MDS data, ensures care plans comply with state and federal guidelines, and leads weekly care plan meetings with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates are RNs licensed in NC, with 2–3 years of leadership experience and MDS/PDPM expertise. Strong communication and critical thinking are essential to promote Salemtowne Shines culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in NC and graduate from an approved nursing program.
• 2–3 years leadership experience in healthcare.
• Minimum Data Set (MDS) and PDPM experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee generation of Minimum Data Set (MDS) for residents and transmission within required timelines.
• Ensure care plans follow Federal and State guidelines by rounds and chart reviews.
• Coordinate care plan updates with multidisciplinary team.
• Lead weekly care plan meetings and notify team of schedules and updates.
• Promote Salemtowne Shines culture and nursing care philosophy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
