Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an MDS Coordinator to oversee thorough MDS/RAI processes in a long‑term care setting. The role requires a current RN license and at least three years of clinical experience with MDS/RAI and regulatory know‑how.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience in long‑term care.

• Verify compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations for MDS.
