Qualifications

• Current NJ RN License in good standing.
• 1-2 years of recent MDS experience preferred (also willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and maintain timely completion of MDS using PCC software.
• Ensure all MDS comply with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate electronic transmission to the state.
