Job summary

Genesis Healthcare in Maine is seeking a Registered Nurse to ensure proper reimbursement for patient care services. You will participate in the Patient Assessment Process through MDS completion and related CAAs, and help develop individualized care plans in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Join the interdisciplinary team to oversee the RAI process, coordinate assessments, and support ongoing training on MDS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state and in good standing.
• Prior experience completing MDSs and Care Plans is required.
• Knowledge of Federal and State long-term care regulations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate reimbursement for patient care services.
• Participate in Patient Assessment Process via MDS and CAAs.
• Assist in developing individualized patient care plans per regulations.
• Support RAI processes with guidance on completion and transmission.
• Coordinate assessments with the interdisciplinary team and staff training.
