Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey required.
• 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care setting.
• Experience with MDS 3.0, RAI processes, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to complete MDS assessments and Care Plans within Medicare/Medicaid timelines.
• Track Medicare eligibility and predict RUGs categories; perform concurrent reviews for accurate documentation.
