Epic Healthcare in New Jersey is seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator to ensure accurate and comprehensive resident assessments and to support regulatory compliance. The role requires coordinating MDS processes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining timely submission of assessments.

You will oversee care plan updates, provide staff education on MDS documentation, and stay current with evolving regulations and guidelines affecting MDS activities.

Qualifications

• RN license required in New Jersey.
• Experience as an MDS Coordinator in a nursing home setting preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of MDS processes and regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
