Qualifications

• Knowledge of CMS RAI Guidelines and related regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans per CMS RAI rules.
• Report patient condition changes to the Director of Nursing (DON).
• Educate direct care staff on CMS RAI updates affecting documentation.
• Review Interdisciplinary Care Plans and final validation reports for billing readiness.
• Attend PPS, Triple Check, and other required meetings; perform staff nurse duties as needed.
