Job summary

Canterbury Nursing & Rehab is seeking an RN to fill a MDS Coordinator position in Indiana. The role oversees RAI coordination, care planning, and multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and quality resident care.

The candidate should have a BSN (preferred), with at least one year in nursing management in long-term care and two years in related settings. ACARE values guide daily practice and professional growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN.
• Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate staff to follow RAI processes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.
