American Senior Communities' Coventry Meadows in Indiana is seeking an MDS Assistant/RN. You will complete RAI and coordinate interdisciplinary care planning, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• One to three years of experience in MDS completion preferred.
• Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and participate in the interdisciplinary care planning process.
