Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team in the Care Plan process.
• Lead orientation sessions on MDS/Care Plan processes for staff.
• Maintain documentation of all orientation and training activities.
• Ensure nursing services meet state and federal regulatory, accreditation, and reimbursement requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and facility meetings.
