Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for MDS coding and documentation.
• Monitor MDS and care plan documentation across residents.
• Maintain current MDS status per state and federal guidelines.
• Support tracking of MDS schedules and data entry in electronic systems.
• Participate in quality assurance activities as needed.
