Job summary

Complete Care at Multi Medical Center is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift in Towson, MD. You will monitor resident assessments, supervise MDS input, and transmit assessments to the state with validation receipts. An active Maryland RN license is required.

Experience in long-term care, knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement, and strong computer skills are essential. LPN candidates cannot be considered at this time.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license required.
• Experience in long-term care is required.
• Strong knowledge of Case-Mix, Medicare PPS, and Medicaid reimbursement.
• Proficient in computer systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide the completion of resident assessments in a timely manner.
• Involvement and supervision of inputting MDS assessments.
• Transmit MDS assessments to the state and obtain receipt of validation.
• Schedule and facilitate care plan conferences on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
